Located on the north coast of the Dominican Republic on the beach of Sosua (10 min bus ride from the airport “Puerto Plata”) Who is FAT CAT? – Cesar, PADI Divemaster. As a native of the Dominican Republic he knows every fish by name. – Victora, PADI instructor (OWSI) since 1994. – The fat cat, non-diving member, lies most of the time lazy at home. What can you do with FAT CAT? -Snorkelling: 5 min boat trip to the site, 45 min on the water Courses: As a dive centre affiliated to PADI we teach all our courses according to PADI standards. The certifications you can achieve have international recognition. Following courses can be attended either in English, Spanish, German, French or Rumanian: -Discover Scuba Diving -Open Water Diver -Advanced Open Water Diver -Emergency First Aid -Rescue Diver -Divemaster The diving in Sosua: Join us on any of the 3 daily immersions and let us make your stay something unforgettable. Here the diving is simple and almost familiar: little boats, small groups and short distances to the dive sites, making a return to the beach during the surface intervals possible. To facilitate all this you can count on our PADI-affiliated dive center right there in the bay. If your hunger for diving is still not satisfied, let's go for a night or a wreck dive or join us on a 1-day dive excursion to Paradise Island or the Cave Du-Du. Just don't leave the island without checking the underwater world!
