Beyond The Reef is a different kind of dive company. Our PADI Resort facility caters to individuals, couples and small groups that want to experience Yap in a quiet, uncrowded manner. Every day of the year, we lead divers to Yap's best dive sites, including the famous manta rays, and we guarantee your safety and enjoyment when visiting our island. Many guests like to think of us as their own "private dive center", because we focus on quality dives for our customers, not the quantity of divers. We take divers and snorkelers to all of Yap's best sites, including the famous Mantas and the reefs and walls of the southern tip, such as Yap Caverns, Lionfish Wall, and Gilman Wall. Our guests tell us where they'd like to dive. We don't dictate the dive sites. Also, we dive every day of the year. Beyond The Reef's waterfront facility is a leisurely five minute walk from all of the hotels in the town of Colonia though we do provide free transfers to and from all Colonia hotels and our facility. We offer full equipment rentals, including underwater cameras, teach a variety of PADI dive classes, and have secure overnight gear storage.
