(Mimpang/Tepekong/Biaha); Cuttlefish, Leaf scorpionfish, Crocodilefish; Tepekong’s Canyon and Wall; Many big pelagics. Conditions: Blue Lagoon: easy diving, white sand slope, excellent marinelife. Mimpang, Tepekong, Biaha: currents can be tricky. Sometimes thermoclines 20m.

Many pelagics. Conditions: There are dive sites along Penida’s north/northwest coasts. Very good hard and soft coral varieties; slopes; drop-offs. Cold water. Being drift-diving it is not easy to take photographs here.
