Only fifteen traditional bungalows right on the beach, all with double beds and western style bathrooms with shower. Enjoy amazing sunsets from your private terrace every night. The resort’s PADI Dive centre offers three dives a day (two boat dives and one night dive - two included in package), all dives are guided in small groups by skilled local divemasters and western instructors. Sea pinnacle of coast of active volcano. Reasonabl current always attracts huge quantities of schooling fish plus pelagics. Whale sharks and Hammer heads have been spotted here. Also Napoleon Wrasse, huge barracuda, turtles and rays are regular visitors. All against a stunning backdrop of untouched hard corals and huge sponges. A dive site with a surprise everyday and no chance of ever tiring of it.
This B24 Bomber from WWII is in pristine condition landed at a depth of 18m. Good spongelife and corals. Atmospheric dive that is always memorable. Masses of resident lionfish, nudibranches, morel eels and other macro life. Guarded by a school of jacks that patrol the wreck spooking coral groupers, angel fish. Can be done as night dive at special request!
A wide gap at the lip of the barrier reef that with any change of tide attracts great numbers of fish. Schooling fish of many types, tuna, spanish mackrel, tuna, barracuda, eagle rays, the list goes on and on, not to even start on the amazing diversity of hardcorals that cover the barrier reef from the lip of the wall to the sandy shelf below. Can be dived in many ways and depths as huge area. A must
