Jackson Reef is a large reef pinnacle in the middle of the Straits of Tiran. The southside features two amazing coral gardens with schools of bannerfish, soldierfish and jackfish. The soft corals often attract sea turtles, which feed on them. The northside is home to hammerhead sharks.
This is a local dive site that has a whole garden of fancorals stretching from 15m - 30m. After passing the fancorals the dive is continued towards a coral pinnacle garden. Schools of barracudas usually hang out here.
