Aqua Windie's started it's business in 1984, when Rene and Windie, both avid divers became scuba-instructors. Windie grew up working in the sailing and diving business with her dad, Rene worked as a operatingroom nurse in the local hospital and started diving in 1981. What started as a hobby grew into a thriving family business, little by little they expanded their business and in December 2007, Aqua Windie's opened their new Aquatic Facility. It is considered to be the place for diving, swimming and all kinds of other aquatic activities as well as enjoying a good healthy breakfast and lunch. Every day in the late afternoon there is time for Happy Hour, here divers and other watersporters can exchange their stories and while sipping their drinks. If you like to show off your U/W pictures, you can use the computer projector, just make sure you can handle the critics from all the other specialists
