Acceptance of Terms. When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms laid out below, you should leave this site now.

Copyright. Everything on this site is copyrighted. The copyrights are owned by Dive-Directory.com or the original creator of the material. However, you are free to view, copy, print and distribute Dive-Directory.com material from this site, as long as:

Updates. Dive-Directory.com reserves the right to update and/or modify its Terms & Conditions at any time without notice as Dive-Directory.com sees fit. If you do not agree to the terms of this policy do not request services from Dive-Directory.com web sites. Any person, company, or entity requesting services from Dive-Directory.com web sites is stating total compliance and acceptance of this policy. Furthermore, and party requesting services from Dive-Directory.com either directly or through a third party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dive-Directory.com or any of its agents, employees, officers, or principals in any legal action that arises as a result of the use of services, without limitation or exception. This indemnification extends to all issues associated with all Dive-Directory.com services or products.

Cancellation of Membership. Bronze, Silver & Gold Membership Advertising maybe cancelled at anytime by email to info@dive-directory.com. Writen email request to cancel membership will prevent the member being automatically billed or sent a renawal payment request when the next credit card payment date is due. This must be submitted to the Dive-Directory at least 5 days before due payment date.

Refund Policy. No refund on membership will be granted after the clients listing and or banner advertising have been ammended and placed on the Dive-Directory web site.
